My journey began in my beautiful home of Jamaica, where I started my career at Sandals Resorts in Montego Bay. That early foundation in island hospitality, combined with a degree in Hospitality Management shaped my "guest-first" philosophy.
A defining chapter of my career was the 25 years I spent with Royal Caribbean Group. Working across key operational departments didn't just teach me the business—it ignited a deep-rooted passion for cruising.
Having seen the industry from every angle, I know exactly what goes into making a cruise vacation spectacular. I use that "insider" expertise every day to ensure my clients get the best possible value and the best cruise vacation experience.
